Summary/Abstract: In the paper, the authors present changes in views on functioning of organisations.Conception 2.0 concerns also changes in current attitude towards work, in which both parties – employees and employers – try to provide each other a new value.The employees invest in innovative solutions and adaptive abilities of an organisation, whereas the employers invest in development of employees’ ability to find an attractive and satisfying job. Different forms and systems of work that can be applied in organisations active in contemporary economic environment.
