Segmentation of school children and students on the basis of selected criteria of nutrition quality

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the research was to assess the quality of the diet of young people and the identification of groups of young people, which differ in the quality of nutrition. Research car-ried out among 501 Rzeszow pupils and students. We used cluster analysis and analysis of vari-ance. Test results indicate the incorrect nutrition, and can contribute to the improvement of education in this field.
