Summary/Abstract: The present paper is devoted to inflectional verb forms present in various ways of language communication in Joachim Lelewel’s scholar writings. In particular ways of language communication (speech microacts), all of which are semantically and functionally independent units and constitute to the holistic structure of scholar writing (macroact) Lelewel applies different morphological verb forms used to create i.a. specific metatextual constructions, constructions structurising historical narrative, receiver-recipient relation indicators which pursue informative-verifying as well as emotive-axiological strategies.
