Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the role of logistics operators in the process servicing the market. The increased interest in outsourcing in manufacturing companies has contributed to the growth in demand for logistics services. This objective of the paper is to present logistics management of customer service and selection criteria, which guide individual customers for the delivery of products by the logistics operator. The methods used are the analysis of literature and the indirect method of measurement survey with the use of the technique of a questionnaire survey. The process of customer service uses the concept of CRM to create value for the purchaser. The factors determining the choice of a logistics operator are indicated. The adopted thesis is confirmed by the research. The most important for respondents is the delivery time from the moment an order until delivery.
