Summary/Abstract: The paper is of theoretical-empirical character. Author attempts to evaluate the small enterprises managers’ consciousness concerning the need to create company’ image in order to build partnerships in the supply chain. To achieve paper’s objective, the author tries to verify if managers recognize the impact of enterprises image on the quality of business relationships within a firm’s supply chain. Moreover, the paper tries to discover if managers intentionally create the image of their companies to impress business partners.
