Summary/Abstract: This paper shows three main postulates of lobbying groups in Poland to change election system for parliamentary voting and choosing representatives to Polish Seym. These days we actually have proportional system with 5% minimal obligatory votes and d’Hondt calculating method. Polish social groups postulate to introduce single-mandate constituencies in Poland, or single transferable votes or some kind of mixed system, which will be consisted of partially single- and in urban areas multi-mandate constituencies. The results of 2014 and 2015 elections was taken into account to simulate how they will change when above mentioned proposals would be introduced. Results are supported by maps and tables with calculations and there is shown potential results of proposed solutions.
