Summary/Abstract: The paper focuses on those words used in Dauksa’s Postilla, which were not included in Czeslaw Kudzinowski’s dictionary Indeks-slownik do "Dauksos Postile" (Poznan, 1977), or which were restored and interpreted with errors. The omissions include the nouns griešnykas ‘sinner’, meilesys ‘affection, love’, pamete ‘wrath’, rupis ‘rock’, subustime ‘unity of condition, identity’, the verbs aprokavotis ‘miscalculate’ and darkcioti ‘torture’, the adverb parodnai ‘properly, decently’ and other. Kudzinowski restored a number of words and forms with inaccuracies: *isinauti= inartyti, *kalinejis= kalnæjis, *luginaite= luginàjis, *nažiestas= nužiestas, *nudejimas= nusdejimas, *posauti= poseti and other.
