Summary/Abstract: The fundamental purpose of this article is to enlighten the essence of achieving high bank service quality. The level of competition in this sector results in the fact that still quality is the essential factor in achieving competitive advantage. Every bank that wants to have a significant position in the market cannot forget about the high quality while elaborating on the strategy of its activity. The article proves that quality is the only method of surviving in the more and more competitive market.
