Summary/Abstract: The article presents the results of the housing market research in Szczecin Warszewo from 2009 to 2012. The results of the study are presented, among others an analysis of the housing market in the volume of transactions (in the primary housing market and the secondary housing market), unit prices as well as the structure of the housing area, whose rights were traded in the property market. In the research the basic tools of descriptive statistics were applied.
