Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the paper is to examine the effect of thermal upgrading of buildings onthe housing prices. Basing on the example of a high rise built in the precast concrete technology,being a property of a housing cooperative in Szczecin, we analyse the effect of thermalupgrading of that building on the transaction prices of flats.
