Forensics investigation at the crime scene in the new criminal procedure conditions

Summary/Abstract: Among the major activities contributing to the criminal process purpose, in order to establish the truth, there is also on-site investigation. Without timely and properly performing of these activities, there is always a risk that in the criminal proceedings taking place, the truth is not found, and consequently, many crimes are not discovered or remain with unidentified authors. Research on this issue is vast and highly complex, necessarily involving a multidisciplinary approach regarding tangential elements, both by criminal procedural law and from forensics point of view.
