The objectivity, as a general tactical rule in the forensics investigation on site

Summary/Abstract: The intimation and existence of the socalled “judicial errors” in judicial practice shifts the focus again on adopting the main tactical elements that are likely to guide the activity of the criminal investigation team at site of the crime, the elements having been synthesized by practitioners, after having carried out this procedural act. Event though, in the literature, general tactical forensic rules differ, in respect of their usage, from one author to another, they generally succeed in capturing the essential aspects.
