Summary/Abstract: Over the past 15 years, reforms in health and secondary education in the country took place in a period of transition in the social development model. This is accompanied with numerous challenges that require greater efforts needed to overcome and solve. This situation in the country need to show realism and caution in choosing one or another change and development. Given the special status of children in society, the challenge now is: „Which national strategies and priorities will contribute to reduce the level of common risk factors through the development of activities for health promotion and disease prevention to the young generation and their full Development in the 21st Century „. This can be achieved provided that Bulgarian schools create conditions for healthy physical and social environment and formed and establishes a healthy lifestyle among children and adolescents. In light of the foregoing, more definitely pay attention to situational analysis and some development priorities of Child and Adolescent Public Health – protecting students. We believe that their proper and timely implementation will promote successful health and education reform taking place in the new realities of the training regime and labor. In this aspect by monitoring and evaluating the results achieved in time, it would be possible to form the desired higher attainable health promotive and preventive standard for studying youth.
