Summary/Abstract: In recent years there has been a sharp increase in chronic diseases among the population, determining serious medical and social problems. This requires the implementation of rehabilitation measures aimed at preventing the development of pathological processes in order to adequately and early return of patients to their real functions. This article examines the status of rehabilitation activities in our country, focusing on the importance and role of rehabilitation hospitals to maximize the social adequacy of personality. Today’s state of the health system shows a lack of efficiency are violated its internal and external balances, giving priority to the medical preventive, promotive and rehabilitative activities. In the overall restoration process of rehabilitation funds play a major role. Proper selection can accelerate and shorten the recovery period, to help correct labor vocational training or retraining for the full or partial resocialization of the injured individual.
