Summary/Abstract: This paper deals with the criminal issues in the field of archival activity in Bosnia and Herzegovina in terms of archival legislation and its practical application. Criminal provisions of archival legislation did not find its application in archival practice, which, among other things, had an impact on the relation between holders and creators and archival materials and on the total balance of emerging archival material.
