Summary/Abstract: In the conditions of a very intensive privatization, when huge changes of socialeconomic system occur, archives must respond to their obligation and with a lot of profesionnal inspiration and dedication, to save archival material from destruction. Unfortunate ly, archives face a task, that should be a routine obligation, without special exaggeration in choosing a method of protection. Even with the regulations, which usually clearly define all the action and beha viour of the subjects during the bankruptcy procedure, it is often needed to show unique skill and negotiating ability to make all par ticipants of the procedure to compel to the procedures.
