Summary/Abstract: In this paper author follows the consequences of transition changes on technical documentation. It is noted that the current regulations are vague and out of date in terms of legal protection of technical documentation under a new holder. Even before the transition changes the technical documentation was not sufficiently studied, so there is suggestion for faster analysis by forming a team of experts in various fields. It was concluded that technical documentation has suffered the most damage in relation to other categories of archival material.
