Summary/Abstract: Between 1735 and 1881, Catholics in Bosnia and Herzegovina, except the ones from Trebinje- Mrkan Diocese, were organized in Apostolic Vicariate. During this period in Ottoman Bosnia, many priests and monks lost lives because of their faith. Two Franciscans and one Glagolitic priest themselves committed murders at that time. One was defending basic human dignity, the other two were under the infl uence of alcohol. As a result, they lost their jurisdictions as priests. Furthermore, multiple killings were committed by a prospective member of the Franciscan province of Bosnia Argentina.
