Summary/Abstract: The crime of fraud can be defined as an act of the person who misleads another person presenting a false fact as true or a true fact as false, in order to obtain for himself or for another, a material benefit unjustly and thus causing a material damage. The crime of fraud has some particularities in the case of legal trade.
