Summary/Abstract: The introduction of the institution of prior complaint for the offences provided by Articles 246-250 Criminal Code creates a more favorable position for the ones who have perpetrated such offences. For this reason, it is being imposed the analysis of the situations that may occur regarding the causes being under criminal prosecution or trial.
