Summary/Abstract: - Carry out the rationalization of present medical documentation and regulate minimum of needed data for each level of activity, based on the decision of responsible state agency,- respect legal regulations concerning managing of office and archival dealings, for both medical and nonmedical documentation,- establishing of unique criteriums for valorization of medical documentation,- Define list of categories of registry material with deadlines for keeping medical documentation according to real needs for it,- Because content of medical documentation remains quite specific, and inculdes important data for potential users of this documentation, especially for scientific or professional work, practice of establishing archives of medical documentation must be followed.
