Summary/Abstract: The development of information and communication technologies in recent decades changed the dimensions of distribution and exchange of goods in state-organized societies and created new opportunities for realization of legal discourse. The legal discourse is connecting two different counter parties in respect of a particular good. Discourses are modeled in legal rows that also have virtual dimensions.
