Summary/Abstract: The legal regulation of the distribution of legal provisions and positions is done by measuring them in accordance with social justice in order to achieve a fair balance in society. It is achieved through the adoption of various anti-discrimination policies by state authorities in the rule of law, and this is particularly valid for the protection of children’s rights as a vulnerable group of persons.
