Summary/Abstract: The current paper presents one of the most important/notable figures from Bihor County, portrayed by Teodor Neș in his book The Monograph Ŕ „People from Bihor Countyŗ, a writing in which he depicts political, historical and cultural events between 18481918, the coryphaeuses of the social-cultural revolution from Bihor County and Ardeal. Here with his sharp and neat stile he presents their life, work, career and ideals. Lucreţia Suciu-Rudow is one of the rarest female poets and representative literary writers/models from the end of the 18th and the beginning of the 19th century from Bihor County. Author of the volume „Versuriŗ/„Poemsŗ (it includes 67 poems) and of the romantic story, "Count Stuartřs fiancee. Stories from the life of Romanians from Bihor County". He dies young at the age of 41
