Summary/Abstract: In an internal system of control and assessment of school employees, that a school incorporates in its educational programme, it is necessary to define forms of teacher assessment. Valid criteria, methods and tools to be used in particular forms of teacher assessment must be defined as well. Assessment of teachers focuses on all areas of their activities. Particular teacher competences are defined through activities which have their competences indicators.
