Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to conceptualize the relationship between the level of tasks interdependence and the level of tasks routineness as the variables affecting the effectiveness of the team/routines. The result of presented discussion is the proposition stating that relationship between the analyzed constructs and team efficiency is well described by an inverted U curve which would mean that a moderate level of tasks interdependence and a moderate level of tasks routineness is beneficial for the team effectiveness. The study allows to construct a practical recommendations addressed to managers in the area of influencing the effectiveness of the team/routines concerning the level of tasks routineness and task interdependencies. Firstly, the change in organizational routines becomes possible by increasing tasks interdependence performed by team members. Secondly, the change of organizational routines is possible by introducing more non-routine tasks. Thirdly, changing organizational routines become possible by increasing the degree of cooperation between team members in the process of tasks completion and shaping organizational routines. Fourth, team effectiveness is influenced by the tasks interdependence and tasks routineness. Fifth, team effectiveness is influenced by moderate level of tasks interdependence and moderate level of tasks routineness.
