Summary/Abstract: Variety of cognitive perspectives in researching interfirm relationships proves that interfirm networks are complex object of research. First of all the interorganisational network research is concentrated on identifying the basic components constituting the network that is nodes and relations. This stream of research is focused on dependence, value and bargaining power. The second import research are is concentrated on managing aspects. In presented article this issue is analysed as activation, combinability and coherence as the features of the organisational space.
