Summary/Abstract: The article explores how the TV image creates its own form of a dictate on the viewer’s consciousness and how during the years the content of the TV picture is entering into the media culture, step by step, and is taking a big part of its territory. The image and the speech inform, manipulate, challenge, through creating their own specific and emotional dictate over the different TV audiences. Why is the recipient creating its own social peace and intimacy with the TV screen? This is the main question, which the article is exploring.
