Summary/Abstract: This paper examines the wall-paintings of one unstudied monument from XIX c. Christian art in Bulgaria - "St. George" church at the village of Zlatolist, Melnik region. It summarizes the evidence for the church, describes the wall-paintings, suggests a new date for their creation and a new hypothesis for the authorship. It is argued that most of the wall-paintings of "St. George" church at the village of Zlatolist are made by the Marko Minov, helped by his relative Milosh Yakovlev. This church, known for being used like a home by prophetess reverend Stoyna in the beginning of the XXth c., is the third monument painted by members of the Minovi icon-painters family in the period before the liberation of Bulgaria in 1878.
