Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to present a pilot study on the usage of English words in Bosnian and Herzegovinian daily newspapers. The use of English words in Dnevni list is observed for the defined period in 2010. The results suggest a positive transfer of English nouns and the authors offer several explanations for their use.
