Summary/Abstract: The paper we analyzes and applies the most frequently used indicators for measuring concentration in the distribution of salaries. There are: Lorenz curve, Gini coefficient, Coefficient of concentration (such as difference between median and medial) and Theil coefficient. Each of these indicators for measuring concentration is theoretically analysed, and the paper presents analytical models used for analysing the inequality or concentration in the distribution of employees’ salaries in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the 2000-2004 period.
