Summary/Abstract: Joint ventures were the first organized forms of robbery of the new occupant of Eastern Europe. They were founded to recover the war debt, which most of the eastern states owed, directly or indirectly, to the Soviet Union. Later they proved economic society without real prospects for development due to the fact that “Soviet partner” was not interested in making necessary investments refurbishment. After the Soviet dictator’s, I.V. Stalin, death, the government from Moscow negotiating with the “partner” to sell the portion of share capital they held.
