Scientific knowledge scheme in economics

Summary/Abstract: Knowledge of economics is established on the basis of a knowledge scheme specified for empirical sciences. Via observation we create hypotheses which are further verified in terms of formality and logical consequences. Subsequently, induction and deduction are used to draw proper conclusions from the researched hypothesis in order to construct economic theories. However, due to the individual nature of economics, a proper application of research methods (verification or falsification), the language, and the manner of presenting explications and economic forecasts seem quite problematic. The article is a description of the rules of constructing a scientific knowledge scheme typical for economic sciences. It comprises both the features of formal theories and empirical and scientific theories.
