Summary/Abstract: The author’s contribution deals with the poetry of Adolf Dostal (1941–1963) and focuses mainly upon the relations between literature and music in Dostal’s poetry written in the Polish language. At the same time the reception of literary criticism of Dostal’s poetry not only in the region of Tìšín, but also in Czechoslovakia, in the Czech Republic after 1992 and in Poland is mentioned. Translations forming a further dimension of Dostal’s poetry perception are presented in this contribution.
