Summary/Abstract: The analysis is an assessment of the effectiveness of management of properties owned by voivodeships. Theoretical considerations are focused on presenting the specifi cs of public property management. The empirical part presents the main forms of property management and effects of management as an income to the budget of the region. This will determine the level of income and expenses related to properties in the voivodeship. The analysis gives answers to questions about the direction of economic policy in regards of regional properties management. The time range of research covers the period of 2008-2013.
