Voivodeship real estate management vs. voivodeship revenue

Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the problem of voivodeship real estate management and its economic effects. The theoretical considerations refer to the essence of real estate economy and management and importance of public real estate in voivodeship property creation. In the empirical part forms and economic effects of real estate management were shown. The analysis was carried on the example of West Pomeranian Voivodeship in the years 2006-2011, using local government and Central Statistical Office data.
