Summary/Abstract: The paper analyses the character of classical receptions and the proposed methodology of its analysys within the context of the new media. An example of a popular Polish website Filmweb, devoted to cinema, is used to present the case postulating new interdisciplinary methodology, necessary for the research on the receptions of antiquity in the new media.
