Fees for municipal waste management

Summary/Abstract: The act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities introduces three categories of fees regarding the management of waste. These are the fees established by way of contract, decision, and resolution. The purpose of this paper is description of fees based on the form of the resolution because of its controversy. In fact, regulations concerning the fees were the subject of proceedings before the Constitutional Court.
