Summary/Abstract: The issue of the functioning of cities is nowadays particularly actual and significant subject. One of the problems faced by modern cities are waste – namely their management. In this work, the objective was: to determine a fair way of charging for municipal waste management in the province of Silesia, which generates financial stream of waste management system financing.
