An integrated model of social responsibility of an organization in its sustainable development

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents a new concept for measuring social responsibility of business in relation to the SME in Poland. The paper describes factors of CSR and proposes CSR model in the integration of quality management system according to ISO 9001. The analytical shaping patterns of behavior for calculating the level of social responsibility of any organization – SMEs sector are also presented.
