Summary/Abstract: The holding company is one of the ways to strengthen the company’s competitive position in the international market. In addition to financial capital, know-how and human capital, the parent company may opt to unify the standards of corporate governance in all companies in the holding. Transparency is one of the standards. This study will examine the standards of transparency of remuneration policy applied by UniCredit holding company. It will be examined whether the transparency of remuneration of leading executives and the transparency of remuneration committees in subsidiaries (Bank Pekao SA and Bank Austria) is consistent with the requirements of the parent company (UniCredit Bank).
