Summary/Abstract: Folk-tale is one of the most important, most complex and most artistic genres of oral prose. It contains a rich thematic, numerous and universal motives. The rich and unique world contains meaningfulness and values which correspond with structures and models of human mentalities. These models are connected to world-outlook of men for the world that surrounds him, with cosmological and cosmogonic paradigms, with macro cosmos and micro cosmos. These phenomena are dealt so deep, wherefrom through them every receiver finds some-thing from the world that surrounds him and from his inner spiritual world, from his goal or aspirations for realisation of his desires. Having in mind this fact, among various people we also come across folk-tales with similar structure and motives. Therefore, famous scho-lar of folk-tales, Max Lüth his study about folk-tales rightfully named About European fairy-tales, because he considered it human common wealth. French scholar Denise Pomme, states that African folk-tales have similar structure with folk-tales of Indo-European people. Folk-tale therefore is a common wealth of the cultures of ancient people, part of which is Albanian culture as well. To the wealth common culture of ancient civilisations belong the archetype model, ancient motives and mythical common and identical beings, which are enriched with new comprehensive (semantic) strata inside respective national cultures. In a certain number of folk-tales with internationally known mot-ives in a spontaneous and natural way, are incorporated typical nation-nal elements, without damaging their semantic and compositional stru-cture. Within these permanent, unique structures there are noted sensi-ble nuances which the folk-tale takes from national cultural tradition. Through analyse we have managed to point out some of peculiarities which determine oicotype of Albanian fairy-tale. These peculiarities come out (develop) from mythical figures and their attributions, inherited from folk (national) mythology. Some of these figures are: Ora=Fairy, Roja e njeriut dhe e shtëpisë = Guard of men and of house), Shtriga = Witch, e Bukura e Dheut = Beauty of the Earth, etc. The value of fairy-tale relies on the fact that universal figures are enriched with strata of national riches, which are inter-fused within the unique world of fairy-tale.
