Summary/Abstract: The Krhuts Cronicle, written by Ervín Hrych, was published in 1967 and gained wideranging popularity. On the other hand it has been quite often disputed, especially its autorship. Our article has aimed not only to understand heart of the phenomenon so called Krhuts nation, but also to find some roots of this mystificatin world. We have marked “poetic way” from Jakub Hron, as its forerunner, through T. R. Field, Mastermind of Krhuts idea, continued by above mentioned Krhuts cronicle as far as amateur theatre Dostavník called Krhuts national theatre.
