Summary/Abstract: The diversity of human voice timbre specificities is huge. The emission and the extinction of each sound are unique to each distinct sound source. This phenomenon is known in acoustics as a 'transitional sound regime'. So timbre, as a subjective perception is physically supported by the harmonic composition and the transitional sound regime. The manner of speech is a characteristic of the act of interpretation that is acquired through conscious exercise in time.
