Summary/Abstract: The acoustic experience peculiar to the majority of human beings is much less auto self contemplated than the visual experience lived by them. This fact probably results from a deficiency of the critical listening, a consequence of the immanence of the hear ability. Most of the times the hearing, as sense, being intrinsic to the human nature of acoustic perception of the environment, does not lead by itself to the critical analysis of the sounding events. But just because it is immanent, intrinsic, intimately connected to the naturalness of our perception, ”the sound”, as an emotional factor component of the cinematographic show, it can constitute a strong support of the film image, by emphasising and amplifying its expressivity or by delicately, discreetly commenting its significations.
