Summary/Abstract: The social and cultural rights of the native (autochtonous) peoples of Central Africa are constantly scoffed. Being nevertheless a part of human rights, the native (autochtonous) peoples of Central Africa called „pygmies” have rights for the other peoples. It is the set(group) of these social, economic and cultural rights which we want to analyze through this entitled contribution: „the effectiveness of the rights of the native (autochtonous) peoples in Central Africa: the case of the pygmies of Congo-Brazzaville, the Republic Centres African, of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Gabon and Cameroon”.
