This exclusion can be two types of causes: exogenous and endogenous. From endogenous causes, it may be noted: – The relationship to work and the weight of tradition in relation to the image of women – Difficulties in understanding social codes in the host country – The opinion they have of migration Exogenous causes: – Lack of skills training – Lack of network in the socio -economic sphere – The mismatch between the initial course in the country of departure and the route in the destination country. Our analysis will be based on a study in Nord Pas de Calais, with the Cameroonian migrants; will analyze the many challenges especially in this time of crisis faced by Cameroonian migrants in the world of work in France.
