COMMENT LIRE SOUS L’ANGLE DE LA SOCIOLOGIE DU TRAVAIL, LA REFORME DES RETRAITES ?
HOW TO READ THE PERSPECTIVE OF SOCIOLOGY LABOUR PENSION REFORM?

Summary/Abstract: The present study concerns a second reading under the sociological angle of the pension reform. Globally this reform carries(wears) in many respects effects on the employees and in a general way the work in France. What is the social impact of this reform on the work when we know that the work is one of barometers of the social life? To work longer to leave later, is it a recession(drop) of social benefits, when everybody agrees to recognize the complexity of the system of the pensions in France? The stake in this study lives(lies) in the sociological lighting which she intends to give onto this reform which labor unions(syndicates) qualify " as inequitable ". Because, according to them, the notions of "hardness" and " long careers(quarries) " are not enough taken into account. Does this reform of pensions take into account the socioeconomic reality of France which is a country where more the young assets(active persons) enter very late the world of the work, and seniors go out earlier and earlier of this world? This paradox also deserves a sociological reading towards the waits(expectations) of the young people confronted with the unemployment of mass and seniors with regard to the problem bound(connected) to their employment(use).
