Summary/Abstract: In a knowledge-based economy the effectiveness of training is one of the core features of human resource management. Training is the main method of developing employees‘ skills, which in the long term leads to companies achieving a competitive advantage. The most important problem is not connected with the information which the trainees need to acquire, but with the methods of training. Training methods determine the effectiveness of the training, the involvement of the employees, and the durability of the outcomes. Therefore need of integration of interactive methods is becoming very important.
