Summary/Abstract: By adding a new reason of dismissal to statement § 52 písm. h) according to the labor code, the employer has the right in the first 21 (14) days of the duration of temporary incapacity to work, to control the employee whether he follows the prescribed medical treatment program. The employer might terminate the employment relation, in case of gross violation of the prescribed medical treatment program.
